Being the 5th largest airport terminal in the world, Terminal 3 (also T3) handles around 34 million passengers annually. It has a mix of restaurants, bars, cafés and fast food outlets spread across 20000 sq mt of commercial space.

Our role:
We have worked closely with the main concessionaries, i.e. Travel Food Services, and planned the BOH / kitchen facilities for many of the outlets opened there. We have designed the production facilities for the following brands:

P.K. Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd
The PKH Group has ventured into various facets of hospitality. Along with that, they have opened a number of fine dining restaurants, takeaway food kiosks, quick service restaurants, pubs, airport lounges and luxury hotels. P.K. Hospitality has been managing several brands, each offering a distinct ambience/theme that appeal to their customers.

Our role:
For this Group, we have been the principal consultants. We are involved with their new brands − conceptualising, working on their menus, strategising the launch and monitoring their growth. We have worked on the following brands:

Impresario Hospitality
Since Impresario Entertainment and Hospitality is dedicated to experiential dining, their restaurants are all based on concepts and developed accordingly. Their brands are Mocha, Salt Water, Stone Water, Del Italia, to name a few.

Our role:
Since these brands are concept based, we have had to design the BOH facilities accordingly. So the entire planning had to relate to the concept as well as the menu.

Jumbo King
Vada Pav is a popular fast food in Maharashtra. And Jumbo King is an Indian desi burger chain, with nearly 30 outlets in and around Mumbai.

Our role:
Inspired by international fast food chains, Jumbo King wanted to create a unique identity for itself, which needed to be in sync with times. As a prototype, we revamped one of its prominent outlets in the western suburbs. We did the facilities planning for the kitchen. The workflow and the traffic movement were studied, based on which a modern design was devised. Now, this design is being replicated across various existing stores as well as for the upcoming new ones.
